Jez & Jace

by Ginge & Minge

Jez & Jace is an improvised comedy from the hilarious duo Ginge & Minge. These Ashburton lads are on a roadie to save their friendship from a major life event which threatens to tear them apart. What happens when you realise you love your bros more than hoes? #nohomo

The boys were recently nominated for 'Best Newcomer Wellington' at the NZ International Comedy Festival 2023. This is the their seventh season since the show's inception in 2021. Ginge & Minge (Nina Hogg and Megan Connolly) are thrilled to bring their signature brand of high-energy chaos, bogan drag, dumb jokes, and physical comedy to Ōtautahi!

They are the love child of Fred Dagg, Lyn of Tawa, and Irish from Foreskin’s Lament - Theatrescenes, Ben Shand-Clennell

Entertaining cracks at toxic masculinity (check), queer representation (check), and obscure Aotearoa cultural references (double check). - Bad Apple, Sophie Jackson

There’s a lot of heart in this performance, behind the levels of excellent comedy and generalised chaos.- Theatreview, Emma Maguire
